With a comprehensive database and global distribution channels in place, our owners are assured their property is cost effectively marketed to a target audience both nationally and internationally.
Our properties are consistently maintained and presented in good order by our team of service professionals who respond quickly to tenant and guest needs whilst costs associated with maintenance are kept to a minimum. The company’s principals established their holiday accommodation division in 1989 with the opening and operation of “Sandcastles on Scarborough” at 170 The Esplanade, Scarborough, at Brighton Beach. Five years later, the adjoining property their first “Seashells” was opened and now the Seashells Hospitality Group (SHG) boasts four award winning resorts in Western Australia with plans to expand around Australia and New Zealand.
