Like the rest of Australia and the world, we too are working our way through some huge challenges due to the impact of the COVID-19 virus.
The community as a whole is facing an uncertain and volatile period of time and we know that this uncertainty extends to you, family and friends. Of course, like everyone else, we don’t have all the answers but there are still a few important things we’d like you to know.
It’s crucial to us that you know your safety, health and wellbeing. As well as that of your friends, family or visitors are at the forefront of all decisions taken during this period. With this in mind, we respectfully request that anyone refrains from visiting our office if they have recently returned from travel or are feeling unwell.
The health and safety of our guests and staff is of the highest priority and importance and as a Member of the Australian Hotel Associated and accredited business with the Tourism Council we are keeping up to date and on the forefront of providing guests and staff health and safety.
The following appropriate actions are being taken to ensure health safety for all during this time.
Reception door is locked at all times, please use intercom to speak with reception or return to your room and dial (9). Reception hours and or attendance may vary given the ongoing effect of this virus however there will be an after-hours phone or message on reception door with instructions for service.
