Important Update:

Like the rest of Australia and the world, we too are working our way through some huge challenges due to the impact of the COVID-19 virus.

The community as a whole is facing an uncertain and volatile period of time and we know that this uncertainty extends to you, family and friends. Of course, like everyone else, we don’t have all the answers but there are still a few important things we’d like you to know.

It’s crucial to us that you know your safety, health and wellbeing.  As well as that of your friends, family or visitors are at the forefront of all decisions taken during this period. With this in mind, we respectfully request that anyone refrains from visiting our office if they have recently returned from travel or are feeling unwell.

The health and safety of our guests and staff is of the highest priority and importance and as a Member of the Australian Hotel Association and accredited business with the Tourism Council including Covid Clean accreditation.   We are keeping up to date and on the forefront of providing guests and staff health and safety.  

The following appropriate actions are being taken to ensure health safety for all during this time.

These include:

  • Additional staff training in sanitation practices
  • Cleaning of the facility with extra focus on high-touch surfaces
  • Wash policy is in place with hand sanitisers in reception, office, linen room and housekeeping trolleys
  • Policies have been put in place for any guests who have travelled from overseas put them themselves in voluntary isolation for 14 days
  • Policies have been put in place with our linen supplier with regards to correct handling of all linen
  • Policies have been implanted with regards to all suppliers needing to come to site
  • Policies have been put in place that ensure any staff who have travelled interstate or overseas will not return to the workplace for a period of 14 days
  • Policies have been put in place that ensure no staff who are showing any signs of sickness will attend the workplace
  • All Government regulations and recommendations are being followed and monitored on an ongoing basis to ensure we are at the forefront of protecting you
  • The 1.5m social distancing rule MUST be adhered to at ALL times

Our Reception door is open and Reception hours are limited and attendance may vary given the ongoing effect of this virus however, there will alway be an after-hours phone notification or message on reception door with instructions for service.   

We are at our Guest service, health and safety at all times.
